Frequently asked questions
If I buy this item, will I get HARDCOPIES? When will this item SHIPS?
The answer is NO, buyers WILL NOT get hardcopies and I do not ship physical items. Buyers will get the links to download their DIGITAL FILES in the emails provided to Etsy.
Where and How can I print my digital file?
You may print comfortably from your home printer but please note that your print is only as good as your printer and paper.
For best result, bring your files down to any local professional printing shop.
Online printing services are also available. One of it is shutterfly.com
What is the best paper type for printing artwork?
1. Heavy weight card stock, textured and glossy papers for colourful and vibrant artwork with gold foil effects and lots of richtones.
2. Matte/Archival paper for black and white artwork.
3. Photo paper with matte laminate if you prefer a matte finishing.
4. If you are printing from a local shop, get them for recommendation and tips on how to keep your artwork long lasting and prevent it from turning yellow.
5. Due to different computer screens and printer configurations, please keep in mind that the colors you see here can vary.
How many files will I receive?
You'll get two High-Resolution files in 300 dpi - 1 in PDF and 1 in JPEG
PDF works just fine for printing from home. If you're submitting your files online or to any local printing shop, then it'd be recommended to upload a JPEG file.
Please keep both files just in case you need either one at any time.
Can I share your files?
No, you can't.
